I am a Certified Hypnosis Practitioner, Mindset Coach, and Energy Clearing Practitioner. My passion and purpose is helping people release limitations to create their inspiring life. I’m here to help you achieve true happiness and freedom (because isn’t that what we all really want anyway?) I guide people on their journey to healing, to being their true selves, and to living joyful extraordinary lives on their own terms.

I’m a native New Yorker and love to just get to the point! Especially when it’s a matter of someone needlessly wasting time suffering when they could be living a life of joy. They just don’t know how. Trust me—I’ve been there too. I am all about YOU achieving REAL results. It doesn’t need to take years of therapy or talking about the same problem over and over again. While traditional therapy methods hold value and work for some, I have found hypnosis creates remarkable lasting results in shorter periods of time.

After 10 years as a school psychologist and behavior therapist, I found this to be especially true. I wanted to help people on a deeper level. After much study, travel, struggle, and life lessons of my own, I learned hypnotherapy and other mindset and energy techniques that proved to create profound transformation and lasting change in people over and over again. I decided to follow my own path and do what really mattered to me—changing lives for real.

We are creative beings, and were born wanting to forge our own way. I have always been a freedom-seeker at heart, and love empowering others to be their true authentic selves living the life they really want—the life that inspires them.
